Agateport Rentals – Cancellation & Refund Policy

All rental requests are subject to vehicle availability, document verification, payment, and approval by Agateport Rentals (Agateport LLC). Submission of a booking request does not guarantee a reservation.

Cancellations & No-Shows
Customers should contact Agateport Rentals as soon as possible if they need to cancel or modify a reservation. Cancellation fees and refund eligibility may depend on the timing of the cancellation and the terms accepted at booking. Failure to appear for a scheduled pickup without contacting Agateport Rentals may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of applicable booking fees or payments as permitted by the rental agreement.

Early Returns
Returning a vehicle before the scheduled return date does not automatically entitle the renter to a refund for unused rental time.

Rental Extensions
All extensions must be requested and approved by Agateport Rentals before the scheduled return date and time. The renter remains responsible for all applicable rental charges.

Security Deposits & Violations
Security deposits are subject to the terms of the Rental Agreement. Charges may be deducted or retained for authorized amounts arising from violations, damage, smoking, unauthorized drivers, missing keys, fuel, excess mileage, tolls, tickets, loss of use, or other amounts for which the renter is responsible under the Rental Agreement.

Unauthorized Drivers
Only drivers authorized by Agateport Rentals may operate the rental vehicle. Allowing an unauthorized driver to operate the vehicle may result in immediate termination of the rental and charges or forfeitures as provided in the Rental Agreement.

Refund Processing
Any refund approved by Agateport Rentals will generally be issued to the original payment method when applicable. Processing time may vary by financial institution.

Agateport Rentals reserves the right to decline or cancel a rental when rental requirements are not satisfied, required documents cannot be verified, required payment is not completed, or the vehicle is unavailable. The signed Rental Agreement controls the specific terms, fees, responsibilities, and charges applicable to each rental.
